The rotachain arm bearing enables adjusting the right position of the chainwheel towards the tire sidewall.
The exact adjustment is the basic requirement for the chainwheel to function properly.
We have developed a completely new bearing for the calibration of the chainwheel:
When the nut for mounting the chain wheel is tightened, a tapered bolt drifts into the also conical shaped ball joint.
Thereby the shells of the ball joint spread apart and are pressed into the bearing shell.
By the locking torque of 200 Nm the bolt is fixed to the adjusted ankle with interference fit.
